01 Acceptance

By accessing TBet AI — our WhatsApp bot, Telegram bot, website, or any related service — you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

02 What We Are

TBet AI is an AI-powered sports prediction information service. We analyze statistics, historical data, and real-time odds to generate match predictions.

We are NOT a bookmaker, gambling operator, or casino. We don't accept wagers. We don't hold funds. We provide information — what you do with it is your decision.

03 Who Can Use TBet

You must be at least 18 years old
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement
You must not be in a jurisdiction where sports prediction services are prohibited

By confirming "I AGREE" during onboarding, you warrant you meet all requirements. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be terminated and all data deleted immediately.

04 No Guarantees

Predictions are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not financial advice, gambling advice, or professional recommendations of any kind.

No prediction system can guarantee accurate outcomes
Past performance does not guarantee future results
Sports events are inherently unpredictable
Any decision to place a bet is made entirely at your own risk

05 Financial Risk

Sports betting involves significant risk of financial loss. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose, use money allocated for essential expenses, or borrow money to bet.

TBet AI assumes zero responsibility for any financial losses resulting from decisions you make based on our predictions.

06 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, TBet AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed what you paid to TBet AI in the 30 days preceding a claim.

07 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify TBet AI against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or any betting activity you undertake based on our predictions.

08 Prohibited Conduct

Redistributing or reselling our predictions
Using automated tools to scrape our data
Impersonating another person
Using the Service for illegal purposes
Interfering with the operation of the Service

Violations may result in immediate termination without notice or refund.

09 Payments

TBet AI operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Premium Combo tickets are one-time purchases processed through Korapay, a licensed Nigerian payment processor.

Once a Premium Combo is delivered, the purchase is complete and non-refundable. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion for technical failures.

10 Intellectual Property

All predictions, algorithms, branding, and content are the exclusive property of TBet AI, protected under Nigerian copyright law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use only.

11 Third Parties

We use API-Football for match data, Korapay for payments, and WhatsApp/Telegram for delivery. We reference odds from 1xBet — this does not imply any partnership or affiliation with any bookmaker.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. You may delete your account by sending "DELETE MY DATA" to the bot.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be resolved through mediation in Lagos, Nigeria, before escalation to courts of competent jurisdiction.
