06 TikTok Integration
TBet AI utilizes the TikTok Direct Post API solely for the purpose of publishing automatically generated sports prediction videos directly to our official corporate TikTok account.
- No User Data Collected: Our application does not request, collect, store, or process any personal data from public TikTok users.
- Authentication: The application only authenticates our internal corporate account and is not available for public login.
- Content: All content posted via the API is proprietary to TBet AI and complies with the TikTok Terms of Service.

07 Data Retention
- Active accounts: Retained while you use the service
- Inactive accounts: Deleted after 24 months of inactivity
- Payment records: Kept 7 years per Nigerian financial regulations
- Consent records: Retained for the full period as proof of lawful processing

Under the NDPA 2023, you have full control over your data:

TBet AI is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a minor is using the service, we will delete all data and terminate the account immediately.
