- Active accounts: Retained while you use the service
- Inactive accounts: Deleted after 24 months of inactivity
- Payment records: Kept 7 years per Nigerian financial regulations
- Consent records: Retained for the full period as proof of lawful processing

TBet AI is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a minor is using the service, we will delete all data and terminate the account immediately.
