- Borrowing money or selling things to fund bets
- Feeling anxious or irritable when not betting
- Lying to people about how much you bet
- Neglecting work, school, or relationships
- Placing larger bets to chase previous losses
- Feeling unable to stop even when you want to

03 Self-Exclusion
